Due to the nature of our products being custom and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That being said, we understand things happen. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We offer free local pick up in the Rochester, NY area! Simply choose “local pick up” when selecting shipping method and once your order is ready we will email you with pick-up instructions.

Leashes: 

Due to the nature of our handmade items, the dye is fresh! We make them to order and they have gone through one rinse cycle after being dyed. This process may not rid the rope of all excess dye. To help rid excess dye bleeding, the best practice is to to run the leash under cold water until the water runs clear, then hang dry. 

Be sure to run each color under cold water separately to avoid color mixing. 

Leashes with non-dyed/white sections, such as our “Believe in America” product, best results will be to clean the non-dyed/white sections with bleach patted on with a towel.

We advise/recommend do not soak the leather in water to avoid stiffening/damaging it.

Sweatshirts:

The images are sublimated and heat pressed onto the material. This means the image becomes part of the material creating the “vintage” look and prevents cracking and peeling.

For best results and longevity it is recommended:

• Wash inside out in cold water
• Tumble dry low or hang dry

The material is a tri-blend of 50% Polyester 37% Combed Ring Spun Cotton 13% Rayon. 

They are unisex and fit true to size. Due to the material, there is minimal shrinking with washing.

In order to ensure the best quality photo on your custom sweatshirt we ask a few things…

• Image format: png, jpg
• Close up
• High quality (not pixelated)
• Straight on
• Well lit, ideally unfiltered
• The less in the background the better
• Full head in the frame so be sure to avoid cropping of ears, neck, etc.
