This Custom Can Cooler Contract ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned purchaser ("Customer") and [Company Name] ("Seller"). Product Description Seller agrees to provide Customer with custom can coolers as described in the purchase order. Payment Plan Customer agrees to pay the total purchase price according to the above payment plan options. All orders will begin production once fully paid. No Refunds or Returns Customer acknowledges that the custom can coolers are made to order and are not eligible for refunds or returns. Customer agrees to review and approve the design proof prior to production. Changes to Order Customer may request changes to the order within 48 hours of signing this Agreement. Any changes made after 48 hours may result in additional charges and may delay the production and delivery of the order. Seller reserves the right to increase the cost of the custom can coolers if significant changes are made to the design. Delivery Seller will deliver the custom can coolers to Customer as agreed upon in the purchase order. Customer will have the product no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date listed. Any changes or new orders made within 2 weeks of the event date will be subject to a rush order fee of $100. Ownership Seller retains ownership of the custom can coolers until full payment is received. Limitation of Liability Seller shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, consequential, or special damages, arising from the sale, use, or inability to use the custom can coolers. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Seller and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
